Upgrade Storageunidentified porblem with inserting the quotes / book references (Word/Mac)
I have been trying to use Zotero but it seems like it is stuck somehow. I have the latest version Zotero 8.0.4 and my Word/Office package is up to date as well. I have checked the plug in (having had that situation in the past) it is ok according to Zotero and Word.
On other documents it sometimes works without any trouble (both blank or with text). However on the document I need it for it doesn't (sometimes I run into the same issue on other documents I have tried on as well both blank and with text).
I use to have no trouble with this same documents just days ago.
When I go to select Add/Edit citation (same issue with Add/Edit Bibliography) it sometimes gives me nothing, or it opens normally and lets me select the document I want to use. But when I select it, it doesn't show, instead I get the following error message:

What appears in the footnotes:
TYLE ERROR: reference with no printed form.].
----------------
that appears on the next line, suppressing what was previously written there.
Either that, or I get a random cluster of references in the footnotes (not the ones I had selected).
At no point do I get the possibility of reporting an error / incident. So I would be grateful if someone could help me solve this.
