Upgrade Storagepasting a hierarchically numbered TOC into a Note wraps lines
I took the TOC from https://uspi.nl/index.php/projects/sponsored-projects/34-orchid-roadmap, the first doc cwa16180-1_orchid_roadmap.pdf . I edited it in an editor to remove the tab leaders (longish "...."). It's a proper nested-numbering list, each item on a new line:

This happens even if I paste as plain text (control-shift-V).
It seems Zotero wants to be smart: when it sees "1. Scope" it starts making a numbered list. But it doesn't work for nested sub-items, nor for "Annex A".
