Library not there when logging in after a while of not using it!

I used Zotero a couple of months ago but when logging in and downloading Zotero on my new laptop, my library is not there, which has all my important references on it, which I still NEED. Please help.

    You never uploaded any items to this account before today.

    Note that an account isn't required to use Zotero, so it's entirely possible you were just using Zotero locally without syncing. If so, your data would be on the computer where you last used Zotero, and you can set up syncing to transfer your data.

    Do you see it if you click on "Web library" at the top here?
    Since when had you been using Zotero?
