how to record and cite specific book review?

How does one record this book review?

I'd normally use "Reviewed Author" but the two listed names are in fact editors.

    I would simply record the review as a journal article with its own author, and have another record for the reviewed book.
    You can decide to designate them as related items in your Zotero library https://www.zotero.org/support/related

    As for the citation, I would use both references in a sentence such as "Woods[1] reviewing Rosenthal & Sutcliffe[2]" - the exact form will of course depend on the context and citation style.
