I suggest a drop down picklist in the Prefix and Suffix fields, in addition to the current free text capability. The picklist would hold most frequently used Prefixes and Suffixes, ideally user-customisable. My use case is for "see also", ", emphasis added" and ", emphasis original" but there will doubtless be other suggestions.
