Bibliography at the bottom of the document

For some reason, my Word doc linked to Zotero has stopped showing the bibliography at the bottom of the document. I read all the help online, but I couldn't resolve it. Please guide me.

Typically all you need is to place your cursor where you want you bibliography and then hit the "Add/edit bibliography" button.

1. test this out in a fresh document
2. Check your actual document if you not somehow flattened your citations: https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/existing_citations_not_detected
