Add to Collection for Iphone app has display issue

When I use the Add to Collection for an item on the iphone app, all the collections and subcollections are lined up without indentations, so it is nearly impossible to find the right collection. The appearance is the same in portrait or landscape. It seemed to start with the latest update. Can anyone assist? thanks
