Add all - button disappeared from the dialog box

Hi All,

A few days ago, the "Add all" button was available in the unified dialogue box when I wanted to insert citations from the Library view. Today, it is not there, tested in different languages.

Enter works.

    "Add all" is part of the "Selected Items" section, shown as a stacked deck in your screenshot. It's for adding all of the items you have selected in Zotero itself.

    It's unrelated to the library browser below. Enter is the correct way to add multiple selected items from the there.
