Tag *for note* in desktop app doesn't appear in group library online

Hello, I can't get tags up there either way:

- when adding a note online to a group library, I don't see an option to add tags.

- when syncing between desktop app (where I did add tags for the note) and online group library, the note appears without a tag, and the tag isn't added to the other tags in the group library.

I'd be grateful for advice!

To complete the report, it is a problem specific to the Item Notes that are under a parent item from what I see:

Tags can be added to Standalone Notes from the Tags tab:

Yes, thank you, mjthoraval! And I miss it for notes under a parent item, because the 'tag x' may not be a fit for the whole book, but very much so for one quote from it.

A workaround for my example would be to 'relate' the tagged standalone note (with the quote) to the book... But since it's a feature of the desktop app, it would be a welcome addition to the web version.
