error in adding citations

I am encountering an error when i try to add a citation to my good docks footer. these are the two pop ups i get when trying to add my citation. (Zotero experienced an error updating your document. Would you like to view troubleshooting instructions) and (Selected field YGWdXi not returned from Docs backend)
