iOS Debug Log: D1109771784
Hi,
It seems a few PDF files I originally uploaded to my Koofr cloud WebDAV cloud service didn’t actually upload to this cloud (I checked with the filepath where it should be according to my PC Zotero app and it doesn’t appear to be there).
I originally uploaded these files using my iPad. When I try to open one such file on my PC or my iPhone, I get the following error message :
“The attached file is not available on the WebDAV server. Please check that the file has synced on the device where it was added.”
Maybe it didn’t upload because I didn’t have wifi service at the time and it should have used my phone data and didn’t? I don’t know. Anyway, if I understood correctly I should reinitialize my sync history so that Zotero is able to recheck all of my library and upload all the files that didn’t actually upload… But there doesn’t seem to be a way to do that on an iOS device yet.
Here’s the debug log I got when trying to open it on my iPhone :

Thank you!

I managed to solve it. Just leaving this for other people who may have the same issue:
On my PC:
I simply relinked the file to the original pdf I had of it (right-click, localize, choose the pdf).
Then I clicked the "reinitialize file sync history" option in the preferences.
I closed and reopened Zotero on my PC, waited for a few minutes and the file was synced on Koofr. I was able to access it on all my other devices then.
