Quick Copy Bibliography ctrl+shift+C not working?

so much gratitude for this app and the ongoing development.

the shortcut for bibliography does not seem to do anything. I have tried what I can with searching solutions.

My ctrl+shift+A works, I tried changing the shortcut key from C to H and still no joy.
The shortcut is set in settings>advanced and the format is set in export.

I upgraded to the latest beta from the lastest version, no change.
Currently using 9.0-beta.7+c0c9437da (64bit)

APA 7th, modified by me. I tried other formats that I haven't modified and it still didn't populate. this format used to work, maybe 2 months ago?

Works for me in the beta. Try in troubleshooting mode (under "Help") if that still doesn't work, we'd want debug output for pressing ctrl+shift+c on an item

If it does work in troubleshooting mode, it's one of the plugins you have installed.

same performance in troubleshooting mode.
i.e. ctrl+shift+c does not copy anything to the clipboard

There's no sign of you pressing the shortcut. Something on your system is likely interfering with the shortcut key.

I was having the same issue. Starting Zotero in Troubleshooting mode and then restarting normally seems to have solved the issue. I think it might have to do with a new version of BetterBibTeX, at least in my case. I could drag the Quick Copy function and then it works, but Ctrl+Shift+C did not. I usually have it set to BetterBibTeX Citation Key Quick Copy, but I also tried it with various formats that are native to Zotero.

Better BibTeX is the only plugin I use.

Here's a moment of learning:

The AMD Software Pro program self-enabled shortcuts (a lot of them) with a recent update process.

Thank you for the help, apologies for taking up time for a local to user issue - I will investigate hot key interference for a similar issue before reaching out going forward.
