Hello,
I am trying to figure out how to create a bibliography entry for an essay in a single-author edited book, which includes information about where the essay was originally published. I am using MHRA Author-Date. I want it to look like this (plus italics):
Hall, Stuart. 2018. ‘Old and New Identities, Old and New Ethnicities’, in Essential Essays, Volume 2: Identity and Diaspora, ed. by David Morley (Duke University Press), pp. 63–82 (first publ. in Culture, Globalisation and the World System, ed. by Anthony D. King (Macmillan, 1991), pp.41-68), doi:10.1215...
Does anybody know how to add the 'first publ. in' etc. on Zotero?
