[Read Aloud] Cannot restart reading from the same place

If I start the reading from a specific place from a right-click, I cannot restart again from the same place with a right-click. So if I did not get it the first time, I need to read somewhere else before I can repeat.

Edit: I see the problem in PDF tabs, but it is working fine in Snapshots.
