Can't open the program

Help! I downloaded the Zotero program to my computer (Windows 11), but when I try to open it to finnish the instalation the PC shuts down and restart, without the Zotero program on the desktop, on the tool bar or anywhere else after it started again. I've tried multiple times and its the same results every time. What to do?

    That would be some problem with your system. Make sure you're running the latest version of Windows. If you're running any non-standard security software, that could be breaking things. If this is an institutional computer, talk to your IT department.
