Right pane metadata edits don’t immediately refresh in item info

When I edit item metadata in Zotero’s right-hand pane (e.g., Short Title), the change is saved but does not immediately show up in the item information display. The UI only updates correctly after I switch to another library in the left sidebar and then switch back, which forces a refresh.

    Can you reproduce this in Troubleshooting Mode (Help → "Restart in Troubleshooting Mode…”), which temporarily disables all plugins?
