Cannot sync files on iPad; iOS Debug Log: D2126963652

I received error message as follows:

Some data in my library could not be downloaded…
… Other data will continue to sync.

After reinstalling zotero on my iPad, only notes appear on iPad zotero app. Books, journal, etc. disappeared.

    You’re running an outdated version of the app. Update iOS to at least the latest version of iOS 16 and you'll be offered the current version of the app.
  • Thank you for your response @dstillman. Unfortunately, my iPad does not support iOS 16. It's an old device and stuck with iOS 15. Is there any workaround for this situation? I understand that iOS 16 is the minimum for Zotero, but I am hoping that there is still a chance for my old iPad to be used.
