PC No Access Permissions

It says I don't have access permissions to the item. It says that is why it is not properly syncing.
I was able previously to insert footnotes. Now I can do nothing. I hit the syncing button and it says that it synced.
HELP!

    What's the actual message that you're receiving? See Reporting Problems for the two things we always need in order to help.
  • There is a little cloud at the bottom of my screen with an "x" on it. When I click on it says, "Zotero.Inc, No access permission to the item. It appears you do not have access to the item. Ensure that you have the right permissions to allow the item to sync."
  • No idea what that is, but it's not from us.

    Can you provide a screenshot?
