Upgrade StorageSorting order of numbers inconsistent between Zotero Android and Windows desktop
The sorting behavior for numerical values (e.g., titles, item numbers) differs between Zotero Android and the Windows desktop client. On Windows, numbers are sorted naturally (e.g., 1, 2, 3, ..., 10, 11). On Android, they are sorted lexicographically (as strings), resulting in order like 1, 10, 11, 12, ..., 19, 2, 20, 21, etc.
