Failed to add email address. It may already be associated with another account.

My institution has subscribed to Zotero, I'd like to upgrade my personal account to have unlimited storage but when I try to add my professional email as second address, I can't, I have the message "Failed to add email address. It may already be associated with another account.". I tried to recover my password with my professional email, but I didn't receive any message. What can I do ?

    Generally that message means what it says, so you should check your spam folder.

    If you're still not seeing a reset email, email support@zotero.org from that address and CC your personal address.
