Items are not syncing on iOS app
Hello, first of all, I’m not sure if this is the adequate place to ask for support, but I couldn’t find an alternative. I’m running the latest iOS version on my iPad (2.04), and have the unlimited storage plan; still, the iOS app is failing to sync the latest itens added to my library through my windows desktop app. It seems to be an issue with the iOS app, since the itens are accessible on the online library.

Upgrade Storage
1) On the iOS app, the items don't show up in the root library or in their respective collection;
2) The items are all accessible on the web library, as I mentioned before;
3) I have not received sync error notifications, either on the desktop, nor on the iOS app;
4) My library is set to sync on the "Sync pane" — as I said, all the items are showed on the web library;
5) I don't have another Zotero account.
6) In order to register the debug ID, I have added a new item to my library through the desktop app and forced sync (D1589314282); on the iOS app, I have forced sync (D953734207).

On iOS, we need a Debug ID that includes the first sync after the change was made elsewhere. Make sure you're starting debug output logging on iOS before you make the change in the desktop app, and then pull down on the items list on iOS to start a manual sync after the change has appeared in the online library.

I've noticed the new item was succesfully synced to the iOS app, but the 9 item discrepancy I've mentioned in my last post remains. I can identify at least one of the items that are not showing on the iOS app.
