Upgrade StorageImporting unmapped ris fields to Extra field
I'm using the new Zotero 8, and I would like to capture some information from ris files that doesn't map automatically to an existing Zotero field.
I'm exporting large numbers of citations in ris format from Scopus, PubMed, and Web of Science. I want to capture Department/Address data, Funder/Grant Information, and ORCIDs.
What I want to do is edit my ris files to rename tags like "FU" (funding agency) with a tag that Zotero would recognize and put into the Extra or Notes field when I import the ris file.
I know which tags I want to edit in each database export, and I think I understand how to edit the ris file correctly. What I don't understand is what tags Zotero might recognize.
Do the Extra and Notes fields have specific tags I could use?
