How to find Preferences in Zotero 8

Now that I have updated to Zotero 8, I cannot find the Preferences tab. Under the Settings tab I see choices relating to my profile and information about my storage account, but there's nothing about syncing, etc.

    There's been no change here in Zotero 8. It just sounds like you're looking at this website, not the Zotero app.
