Bibliography fails ro "refresh"

After editing changing and completing my project library in Zotero I did a "refresh". Changes appear in my text correctly. However the document bibliography remains unchanged, no "refresh". What happened?

You may have accidentally flattened it somehow. If your in-text citations are still active Zotero citations, you can just delete the bibliography and reinsert it.
