MHRA citation (publisher and place of publication) why is this not showing on Zotero?

I don't know if I'm missing something obvious but I need to follow the MHRA style guide with both the publisher and place of publication in references - i.e. for a book 'Cambridge: Cambridge University Press, 2012' - but Zotero does not seem to offer this? On their MHRA option it only provides the place and the date, not the publisher? Thanks in advance for any help!

The standard MHRA styles in Zotero use just the publisher, as the 4th edition of the manual recommends.
