DOI do not show as hyperlinks in bibliography

I am using Zotero with Word for Mac. I have checked "include URLS of paper articles in references", but the hyperlinks of the DOI are neither visible nor functional in Word. Are there any other settings in Zotero or Word which need to be changed?

Are you saying they're just not active links? See e.g. https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/comment/445021/#Comment_445021
