I signed in on my friends account at a university, and now I can't log out

I am a student at a school with linked computers. Whenever I sign into a computer, myZotero account pops up. I signed into my account (with Sync) on a friend's account and now I cannot make it stop. Whenever he opens Zotero on his account on any computer, my files pop up.

This brings me to a related question as well. What should I be doing to sign out of Zotero on shared computers so that others cannot mess up my beloved library?

    I'm not clear about your computer set-up and it's probably worth talking to your IT people, but generally if other people have access to the computer account your Zotero is stored in, you should, as a minimum, remove your login information in the sync tab of the preferences
