Date accessed field is glitching

I have noticed that when I try to enter the date accessed field, it automatically saves as the date one day prior to the date I entered. For example, I enter: 2026-02-16 and it saves as 2/15/2026 5:00:00 PM. Is this a system/time zone setting? How do I fix this?
