Upgrade StorageZotero can't find available pdf from Springer even though when I open the link I have access

When I double click on my Zotero item entry, it opens it in the browser, and I have access to download it:

However, Zotero fails to find it:

When I try an open access article from the same journal, no problem.
Whenever I run the request full text on the item above and it fails, I get "Error connecting to server. Check your Internet connection. " in the error console

adomasven Zotero TeamIt's not possible to the Zotero desktop application to access resources behind a proxy. You should save items from your browser via the Zotero Connector. For existing items, you should save the articles manually and attach to those items by dragging the file onto them.
