Not grabbing PDF from EBSCO PsychINFO
Recently I’ve been having issues getting Zotero to automatically download PDFs from EBSCO PsycINFO. This seems to happen most often when the PDF is not hosted directly by PsycINFO, but instead is provided through a linked publisher or database (e.g., Elsevier, Taylor & Francis, ProQuest, etc.).
In these cases, the Zotero Connector imports only a webpage snapshot or link, and does not automatically retrieve the PDF. Since many PsycINFO records link out to external publishers, this happens fairly frequently.
Here is a URL showing a specific example of the issue:
https://research-ebsco-com.byu.idm.oclc.org/c/w2m2q6/search/details/ek3srbgp75?db=psyh&limiters=None&q=depression&searchMode=boolean
Debug ID: 83668646
Currently, the only way I can get the PDF to attach automatically is by clicking through to the publisher’s site first and then saving from there. It would be much more convenient if Zotero could retrieve the PDF directly from the PsycINFO record when access is available.

AbeJellinek Zotero TeamThe ID you included is a Report ID; could you provide a Connector Debug ID?
