Automatically add refs from a search alert

Does anyone know of a tool that makes it possible to automatically add references from a search alert that comes from a database like Scopus, Web of Science, Dimensions, etc? The use case is this: I have search alerts set up in multiple literature databases - the search alerts are delivered to my email inbox (there are no RSS feeds from the databases). I'd like to have the references automatically go to a specific Zotero folder without manual intervention. I'm wondering if there are 3rd party tools that convert either email alerts or database alerts to something that can integrate into Zotero? I found some older discussions on this topic, and am hoping that something has been developed since those older discussions.
