Web library mode on tablet

Is there a reason (beside the small buttons) that the choice of different modes isn’t available in the web library on android?

Newer tablets with large screens and pen input make small buttons less of a problem and would make the web library even more powerful than it already is.

    There is a cog icon in the top-right corner that opens a dialog where you can set UI Density to either “Touch” or “Mouse”. The latter will force a desktop version on a touch device. This setting is stored locally in your browser, so it should persist. If you cannot turn it on, it means your device is not wide enough and the desktop version would not fit (but in landscape mode it should be available on most tablets).
