Wishlist: IOS Press translator

It would be great to have a translator for IOS Press, if anybody has the time. Here's a sample Table of Contents:

    honestly at this time I wouldn't get my hopes up - there is a long, long queue of outstanding requests for translators and essentially only one person coding translators - and he's a grad student doing it in his spare time.
    It's not that hard to write translators - maybe you can do it yourself or find someone interested - that's probably your best bet.
