    I am having trouble installing word plug-in from Cite --> Word Processor as it is greyed out. Any work around? Thanks

    Please create new threads, don't post on a 6 year old topic unless you are 100% sure it's the same issue.

    Delete Zotero.app and reinstall it from Zotero website, then restart your mac. Your Zotero library data will not be affected.
