Upgrade StorageList of annotations not properly refreshed
The list of annotations on a PDF file is not properly refreshed in the Item Pane of the PDF file:

Steps to reproduce:
1) Select a parent item with a PDF attachment already containing one annotation.
2) Press Enter to open the PDF file in a tab from the parent item.
3) Make an annotation.
4) Go back to My Library, where the parent item is still selected.
5) Go to the PDF file attachment in the Items List.
-> The count of annotations has increased, but the new annotation is not displayed:

6) Switch to another PDF file attachment also containing annotations in the Items List and back to the first one.
-> The list of annotations is correctly updated:

Switching to another PDF file attachment that does not have any annotation does not refreshes the list of annotations in the first PDF file attachment.
