Upgrade StorageZotero 8: When I change the title in the item pane and click away it gets stuck

Eight works great, but has some minor bugs for me. When I change the title in the item pane and click away it gets stuck in a state, where I cannot see the attached PDF (See the arrow left of the title name in the file manager) and the title does not update in the file manager (left pane). See attached photo.
