Upgrade StorageAutomatic Underline notes in Word

I have a bug in formatting notes when using Zotero on Mac
I have a Word model with personal formatting and style preferences.
Anytime I put a note from Word, the format style is correct, and I can clearly see the Notes style on the Word Style panel.
The problem comes when I insert a note using the Zotero plugin.
As you can see from the pic, all the Zotero notes are underlined.
If I click on the Zotero underlined note, the Word Style panel indicates that the style in use is the same for Word notes, but that style should not be underlined.
It is like Zotero automatically inserts an underline, which is not detected by Word.
It happens both with notes and with endnotes, while in-text citations are not underlined.
Do you have any solution to resolve this conflict?

Yes. It happens in every document based on that model
What do you mean by "every document based on that model"?
