Citation Problem

Hi Zotero,

Today I got a problem on adding citation after clicking on the "Adding/Editing Citation" Button. I preferred the 7714 format, and normally the citation comes out like the example "I love zotero (Author, Date)." . However this time the citation doesn't appear..
I actually record a short video on how I made the whole process. However, the system only allow me to add images and hopefully the screenshot below do help my situation.

Does this persist if you re-install the Word addon?

In Zotero > Settings > Cite at the bottom, there's an option to re-install the addon.
