Anyone Faced the issue with PDF upload with not integrated with the parent file.

I have recently, faced this issue that the file I uploaded to Zotero MacOS application and the PDF file generated the reference file but didn't attached that PDF as attachment to the reference file. I tried it five times the issue remained. I tried with removing the handlers.json file too. The issue persist. Any solution??
