Big file not accessible in the library on desktop/web

Hello all,

I tried to add a big file to Zotero, and it hit the limit of my storage. I would remove it, but it is not in my library in either the desktop or web version. I purged my storage (shows as empty on the web version) after disabling syncing, but the syncing/storage error is not going away.

I apologize that I can't give any more info than that. Thank you for looking into this.

    If you're getting the error, it's still in your library — and it's actually two files. Paste X7GQSH8D and AB9VFVUF into the search bar in All Fields & Tags mode in your library root and/or the trash to find the attachments, and then delete them and empty the trash.

    Note that purging storage is totally incorrect here. That should be used for the one thing listed below it on the page and not for troubleshooting. You'll now want to use Reset File Sync History from the Reset pane of the Zotero sync settings.
