Upgrade Storagecase sensitive advanced searching : Match case

after some testing it seems to me that advanced search is not case sensitive. This poses a real problem to me as I basically cannot search for usual abbreviations.
For example I just wanted to find REW in title and abstract, a very common abbreviation in my field, for relative extractable soil water. However, this is a letter combination that turns up in words such as "rewatering", "grew" or names such as "Drew", "Andrew". An advanced search for REW will find all of these, and actually many more occurrences for the other words than for REW.
Having an option for case sensitive search would be a great improvement, as is already existing in the pdf viewer search window "Match case" option, by the way also the "Whole words" option would be good :-)
