File storage quota incorrect

I have an error message telling me that I have reached my quota, but when I log into my account, it tells me I have used only 43.7% of my quota. I have deleted files, updated Zotero and restarted it to no avail. Any suggestions on where to go from here?

    Can you provide a Debug ID for a sync that produces the error?

    You might just have a large file in your library.
