Horizontal lines appearing on pdf

I have a pdf which shows up fine in all other pdf viewers (Adobe Acrobat, PDFgear, and in Chrome), but when viewed in Zotero, several horizontal lines appear (screenshot attached). The lines change in location depending on the level of zoom, but are always present on pages with text. I'm unsure what is causing them to appear, any advice would be appreciated! I'm using Zotero version 8.0.1 (64-bit) on Windows 10. The pdf in question can be found at the following Google Drive link:

Yes I saw this thread but since it's been a while and a new Zotero version I thought there might be a possible solution now. Did you ever figure out any fix/workaround?
