Upgrade StorageFew questions on ZOTERO

As part of an internal project, I am looking into the Zotero software following requests made by several users.
After consulting the forum, I found some information, but I would like to obtain an official response from you on the following points:
Local installation
Is it possible to install Zotero on a local (on‑premise) server?
Shared library synchronization
Are shared libraries exclusively synchronized with Zotero’s servers?
In other words, is it impossible to synchronize them via the WebDAV protocol on an internal server?
Legal aspects
More generally, are we allowed to host copyright‑protected documents in a shared Zotero library for the purpose of distributing them to colleagues?
Do we need to obtain explicit authorization from the author or the copyright holder before any internal distribution?
