Back up in cloud

Could you please advise how to know if the journals are back up in cloud?

If you're using syncing, a copy of your library data is all on Zotero servers, and that can be used to restore your library if something happens to your computer.

But we still recommend backing up your local Zotero data along with all other important data on your computer: https://www.zotero.org/support/zotero_data#backing_up_your_zotero_data
