Upgrade StorageWindows 11 shortcut for en/em dash not working
Windows recently added new shortcut for en/em dashs: Winkey + hyphen(-) / Winkey + Shift + hyphen(-), respectively. However, Zotero currently doesn't recognize these inputs.
