Doubled references from only one library entry

Two references are being created from only one library entry. If anyone has seen this, please help.

    They're not from the same item. (You can see that they have different titles and casing.) See Deleted Items and Duplicate Items here:

    I keep removing the in text citation and adding back only the single listing in the library and it keeps listing (Weiner et al, 2008a). There is only one 2008 paper from this author in the library.

    The point is that there are citations for different items in the document, regardless of what you currently have in your library. You have to find them and replace them. If you delete a citation and press Refresh and still have either of those entries in the bibliography, you haven’t found all of them, and you should toggle field codes in order to find them as it suggests on the linked page.
