If a plugin isn't yet compatible with Zotero 8, you should contact the plugin developer. They've had many months to update their plugins. Some may have been waiting for a release to put out a compatible version.
If there's built-in functionality that you're not seeing, and you can reproduce the problem in Troubleshooting Mode (Help → "Restart in Troubleshooting Mode…”), which temporarily disables all plugins, provide a screenshot.
