syncing from multiple computers with different libraries?

Hi, I was wondering if anyone knows whether syncing from multiple computers with different libraries will work. I have two local zotero libraries each on different computers that I've never synced to my online account before. If I sync one, will syncing the second one erase the previous content from the first sync?
