Upgrade StorageZotero 8 - Create Bibliography minor bug

In the Create Bibliography pane, the OK button is always greyed out and the 'hover' behaviour seems non-standard. The OK button works, though.
I don't *think* it was like this before, but then it's not a frequent task for me.
